Open 7 days a week

Laundry Land is a laundromat in our neighbourhood, that we pass by quite regularly.

For the past year, Maya has been reading the sign and is just baffled.

"It doesn't make any sense." she says.

Open 7 days a week.

"Has there always been 7 days in a week?"

"Why would you have to say that?"

"Why can't they just say 'open everyday'?"

Every time we pass by, it is as though she is reading it for the first time.

She can't help but comment and ramble on and on about it.

It makes me chuckle.

I hope they never change the sign :)
